These sessions are built around showcasing the athlete, creating the "HERO MOMENT". They are more than a photograph, they are art.
Before the session
Individual: We will connect so I can find out about the about the athlete, what sport/position, favorite celebrations they have or any other interests we could incorporate into the shoot.
Team: We will connect and go over how many athletes, number of poses per athlete and team picture. We will set the location, timing, and overall direction for the session - are there any specific shots/pairings, props, effects, etc.
During the session
Individual: We’ll meet at the agreed location and take a few minutes to discuss different poses, set the scene, lighting, and overall mood - then game on! Will work through poses and any outfit changes previously agreed upon.
Team: Will meet at shoot location, get players organized - do the individuals shots and then finish up with the team shot.
After the session
I’ll go through and professionally edit the final selection of images and your photographs will be delivered via a private gallery. Individuals will typically be ready within 7-10 business days and team photos in 10-14 business days.

How do I book with you?
You can click the "Book Me" button above, or from the Contact link on the menu with your project details, preferred dates, and location. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, the booking is secured through a signed agreement and deposit payment. From there, we’ll plan everything needed before the session or event.
How do you deliver the images?
Final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you’ll be able to view, download, share, and select your favorite images easily. The gallery includes high-resolution files for printing as well as web-sized versions for social media and online use.
Do you offer custom banners or committed graphics?
I do, these are custom made for you, use the contact form or email. Once I have the basic information on what you’re looking for, we’ll talk through the direction, pricing, and what makes the most sense for the project.
What if we need to reschedule due to weather?
If the weather doesn’t work for the session, we’ll simply move it to a better day. For outdoor portraits especially, lighting and atmosphere make a huge difference, so I’d always rather wait for the right conditions than force a session that doesn’t feel right. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process and find a new date that works for both of us.
